About Ilse

Who am I?
 
My name is Ilse Beguin (1983). I love to laugh, I love life, and I love my daughter with all my heart. I enjoy being genuinely present in the moment and to listen within and without.

Listening with an open heart is the magical foundation from which I 'talk' with the deceased, with lingering old pain, and with buildings that have something to say. I also employ this form of unconditional listening during the in-depth regression therapy sessions. My inner foundation is vast, unconditional and safe.


Hearing what has not been heard before
brings relaxation, self-acceptance, and ultimately self-love.


Because of my own adolescent depression, I can empathize with people who are struggling. I, too, felt misunderstood. By now, I have wonderful skills at my disposal to make a difference for others. I pursued studies in children's coaching, educational science, developmental psychology, and transformative regression therapy. I delved deep into myself and underwent tremendous personal growth. Through the space I created within myself, I am able to hear others and listen unconditionally.

I became a mother, which is a daily learning experience.
And now, with gratitude, I put my skills, knowledge, and love to use for the world.

 
  My capacity for empathy is strong and picks up on underlying desires.
At the heart of it's always: Being seen and heard.


From the perspective of regression, ancestry, and epigenetics, it is crystal clear to me that everyone is allowed to resolve their own traumas in this way. Your own, those of your family line. Past/former lives. Everyone has their own challenges, racing thoughts, emotions, and recurring themes. And more often than expected, it turns out to stem from an origin other than just 'you' and your childhood.

This 'being inwardly occupied' makes it difficult to feel peace and space to listen to yourself.

And I am happy to lend a hand with this.
